Hey. SW- 248 Gw- 140 My january goals are to focus on me and not what others think of me. Eg go to the gym and do my thing without thinking people are judging me. I would like to lose 7lb this month, if more then great. Make new friends on journeys too and get to the gym minimum 3 times a week.

ive started high protein too and i farted enough without the protein but i just proudly shout at my friends and family i made you a present or you just shout can you smell popcorn so you are not the only one smelling the awesomness....im one classy chick

I dont eat alot of meats and would rather eat quorn, id be as well cutting out meat. Maybe eventually...after america holiday :). Going to rice milk as of tomoz

im 5' 5, 27 im 200lbs and aim to get to 140. i walk alot so tend to burn between 200-400 calories doing that and do roughly 30 mins of just dance 3. ive just been diagnosed with a heart condition so having to make exercise light. i was previously doing 30 day shred. i will open my diary.
