Work. I don't allow my colleagues in different time zones to schedule meetings with me before 8AM so that I can work out. I don't think I've missed anything important yet!

Love it!! I'm as attached to it and the app as I am to my cell phone! Having Fitbit friends on-line to compete with is more motivational that I ever could have imagined!

Did you log any flights of stairs via your Fitbit?

Bump Ps- I love my Fitbit One! I've worn it every single day since April 2013

I have a Fitbit One and love it! I've worn it everyday since April and it's really upped my movement. I got a few people at work to get one and we've started a "cult", at least that what others at work are calling it.

You can easily sabatouge yourself by eating 300-400 calories worth of "small" snacks. Eat a sandwich before leaving work instead of grazing for a few hours.

I LOVE my Fitbit One! It motivates me to be active and move. Also, you can compete with "friends" on the Fitbit site. Fitbit makes Me not hit snooze and go run instead b/c " Connie from maryland" and I are neck and neck this week in steps. It's fun!

When you pick up your friends to go to dinner on Friday night at 4:30. On the way to dinner all 4 of you agree that they need to stop by the library first!

I believe our bodies like structure and a schedule so... get into the habit of going to bed earlier and you'll be able to get up without your body and mind putting up a fight. I head to bed around 9PM and aim to sleep from 9:30 - 5:30. I hit snooze once of twice and then get up and go for about a 2 mile run. You have an…

Great post, thanks!

Yes, stop telling people. I just smile and say "no thanks" or "oh gosh, I'm so full right now" or "I brought my lunch today".

Changing behavior changes everything.

Great advice, thanks! I especially liked the tips on being a good planner. I could definitely get better at that! It is much easier for me to go off course when I fail to plan my food for the day.

Talking about making bad decisions... You should probably edit your comment about where you work and your drug use or you might not have a job for long. Employers tend to frown on stoned Managers.

I had insomnia for several years and it really started to affect my happiness. My advice: don't try to "wait it out", see your doctor. S/he can help. My doctor prescribed me some mild sleeping pills which I took for about 2 months. Now I am back on track (without the meds) and I sleep 7-8 hours a night. Life is better when…

Agree, dry vs. cooked quinoa always has me vexed.

Water, 1 scoop dry chocolate Muscle Milk, 1/4 c frozen blueberries. I have this for breakfast almost everyday. Yum!

Kraft Chipolte sandwich spread/mayo is very tasty and only 35 calories per tablespoon.

Take a warm shower and see if you feel differently.

Most folks on MFP agree to log it as "circuit training, general". Have fun! I just finished about a week ago and got her 90 day body revolution for Christmas.
-
There's also a 30DS Group u can join on MFP. Good luck!

I just finished day 14 I'm not sore. I've been going back and forth b/t L1 and L2 (I did L3 once). I haven't really lost any weight either but my stomach looks flatter. I'm almost half way there. Good luck-- keep going!

Someone gave me a piece of homemade banana bread the other day. I thanked her, told her it looked yummy (which it did), and said that I was going to save it for later. Later... I took 1 bite, enjoyed it and then carefully threw the rest away. We can still be nice to people without ruining our diets. :)

It's amazing what you can do in 20 minutes with 30DS! I'm on Day 8.
