beware of peanut butter, though it is high in protein but a ton of sugar and a lot of fat. try some banana with a little zero calorie sweetner.

eat what you want, follow serving sizes on your food beware of " calorie creep". if your trying to lose weight eat about 5 or 6 times a day but keep your meals under 500 calories. i have lost 45lbs doing this. good luck.

simple only eat white rice and steamed chicken and veggies and add some soy sauce and hot mustard. also keep portions small and drink a lot of water due to high sodium.

i try to only weigh myself once or twice a month since your body weight can go up and down very often. and if you weigh yourself at the beginning of the month and at the end you will get better results and you won't discourage yourself if you don't lose the ammount of weight in one week.
