I am 31 mom of two boys 3 and 4.Both have blended households at both houses. so its His and Mine and now currently 12 weeks pregnant with Ours. i def want to workout in mornings before work but the idea of getting up at 2 or so in the morning after not getting to bed till who knows when doesnt sound good. ill have to try a few things and see what works for me and my toddler.

My husband doesnt give it much thought or even ask about it. what he doesnt like is me logging my food when we are out together. He finally spoke up about it so now I wait to log....or do it in the bathroom :noway: . lol

time will heal you and you will be better and stronger for it. You deserve more than that. I always reminded myself it will hurt for a little while but Im not dragging on the hurt by staying. once a realtionship of any kind goes to that there is nothing left.

I stopped to because I wasnt feeling it and other things. i will eventually try it again but Im currently doing 30 day shred and then possibly the blogilaties.

what are the length of workouts on the calander generally? do you do them all everyday?

I like them too...some of them. but yes watch sodium. they are super convenient

honestly though you may gain at first when you start eating more cuz you have been starving yourself but ones your body adjust to getting the right amount of calories and with your exercise you will start to lose.

you need to eat more. food is fuel. Your daily total of calories to consume 1580 calories (dont go below 1200) when you exercise and burn calories you can add them back in and eat them too. so today you could have eaten a grand total of 1823 if you chose to. inbox me if you have any other questions. please eat more.
