I am not in maintenance-about 5 -10 lbs away but I am not logging. It does not help me- it seems to trigger more overreating and frustration. I personally find WW and the whole point conversion thing to be a nuisance. Really the goal is the same- to eat a variety of foods, watch portions, and stay under a calorie goal.
