Yesterday, I killed my diet. But what's one cheat day??? Today I needed to drink more water -not achieved And eat healthy -done Exercise -fail ... i walked a lot at work however does that count?

WOW... that calculator says I should be eating 127 grams a day. I know lean protein rich diet is huge in weight loss and building muscles but really 127 grams. I manage 100 daily (peanut butter and nuts in general), I guess it's time to make my shakes again for after my workouts.

I've been a hot mess for the last week. I was in the hospital, diagnosed with vertigo. So I haven't really exercised or eat right. Day I start fresh, even if I couldn't eat a good breakfast (i over slept) - water 16 cups - stay under calories - bring sally up challenge again (so fun and such a good workout)…

Week 2 beginner/Maggie Cardio 80/80 Strength 45/45 Character - Yes without the head movements (vertigo meased with with me all week.. i hope to never deal with it again) calories - yes but barely Punishment - yes and I loved it... im going to that one again Checking in on a bad week but refusing to let anyone down!

I'm cutting it close... on my times I'm about to do my character challenge and totally modify it. no head whipping or spinning at all. Vertigo ... UGH. Sorry it's been a few days since I posTed my goals. I have been away. Thursday Friday and Saturday went awesome. Today awful... :( I fell yucky. I agree my team maggie challenge was more fizz then pop. It was funny to watch but its done.
