There's nothing healthy about pop tarts & I wouldn't want to encourage unhealthy behavior on MFP; however, if you're determined to eat them & like chocolate then the fudge ones were my favorites in a past life.

I think most everythings been addressed, you can get canned chicken in the tuna area of your supermarket a lot of lunchmeats are "white" what about bullion/broth/stock? Egg whites for a skillet scramble perhaps

There's a myriad of diets out there that dictate how much fat/carb/proteins you should consume daily. Depending on which diet plan you follow 35% could be too high, just right or too little even (I eat around 50% daily on my diet plan).
