  • I'm feeling very motivated this week! I'm focused on the Wednesday Weigh In and its enough to keep me away from the Easter candy!!
  • STRESS! Stress releases cortisol which makes you hungry, even if you're not. Then you eat, gain weight, get more stressed, release more cortisol...its a ***** (especially for women).
