I find that once you start getting into the higher numbers (so like past day 5) then it's easier to spread them out through the day. I also find them easier to do when I do like 10 or 20 in a different room in my house.. I don't even now why haha but it seems easier some how! x

I've just tested this out and got 1453 and would like to know too! MFP calculated me at 1200 so I've been eating this minus my exercise as I've not really eating my exercise calories back, only when I've felt hungry. I normally feel full due to drinking a lot of water and tea. Should I be eating more than this? As a normal…
