I do 30 day shred and then hard cardio for an additional 30 to 35 minutes...my first week i lost 6 inches all over and 3 lbs!!! I also shoot to do it 6 days a week with one day of rest but many times i still want to do it:O) Good luck

I love Saralee's light multgrain bread....it's 45 calories a slice or Dave's killer bread light....65 calories a slice....and lowest in sodium than any other out there...some of the other brands tend to be very high in sodium to make it light which really can kill the scale dropping:O)
