  • I can hit pretty much all the requirements for master except for the static Pushup hold for 3 mins. I collapse at around 2m 30 secs. Going to start with 1st Class anyway and if any of the exercises are too easy i will just sub them with others
  • Thanks for your advice..I am going to go to the docs and get the heart rate checked. I will up the calories slowly as i know i am not getting enough...just wonder if my body has gone into this starvation mode already and i will suddenly gain loads of lbs
  • By the way my bodyfat might even be a bit lower than 15 since apparently the machines dont work well if you are dehydrated. I am 5ft 10
