Thanks .. It says I need to eat 2358 calories to lose weight . Which I find totally insane ! I don't think I can eat that amount of healthy food in a day. I mean it's easier to eat it from junk but not actual food. Goodluck on your journey. How do I add you? Really dunno how things work here. x

Thanks .. Is it okay to cut out bread pasta potatoes etc for two months .. Anytime I have any of those, I binge like crazy! Even when I have the brown version, I still eat all of it.
