  • Probably just water. After a huge workout water will be in your muscles to help them heal or something like that. Anywho, if the scale is still mean next week, take it outside and beat it with a baseball bat, shovel, or drill. Then set it on fire. You'll feel better and get a good exercise! Win win. (ps you can add me as a…
  • LISTEN TO ME, I'M NOT ASKING FOR ADVICE, I'M ASKING FOR RECIPE IDEAS!!!!
  • ALL I ASKED FOR WERE RECIPE IDEAS!!!!!!!!! I'm sorry if that was too difficult for you to understand.
  • He's also diabetic........ He can have greens, just not dark greens with vitamin K
  • ok very very low fat recipe ideas?? That's all I need, I don't need critiquing. I'm studying to be a nurse so please do not assume that I'm an idiot. It is not appreciated.
  • Listen, I'm not an idiot! His DOCTOR put him on this diet probably because there's too much fat for his liver. His whole digestive system is in bad condition. He's also diabetic. If you're going to critique, go away. I honestly don't want to hear it.
  • Might be good just to do one by itself, either the insanity, or the 1200 calorie. I've been at about 1300 calories for about 3 months now and I've lost about 20 lbs, and i dont really exercise that much. With exercises like Insanity, you may have gained some water weight, because fluid will collect in your muscles when…
  • *poke-ity pokepoke*
  • I do have a lot of muscle...... yay I'm healthy :D lol
  • I'm working on it! Lol, Didn't come on over night, and its not gonna come off that quickly either
  • Have you ever had chocolate wine? its like a combination of dark chocolate and red wine O.o
  • If your craving chocolate, get some chocolate kisses, they only have about 20 calories each. Or some life cereal with cinnamin and unsweetened almond milk ( really sweet, all together about 140 calories) yumms :D Leave some room in your diet to treat yourself, if you don't you'll crave it more and over eat it... trust me…
  • I"m a med geek who loves food, there is no way I would intentionally starve myself. I bring healthy snacks to work with me, even keep some hersheys kisses in my pocket just if i need an extra boost. Um... i'm about 5'6" I do drink lots of water, i'm just not good at keeping track of it lol
  • Well its not like i'm starving myself. If I'm hungry, I eat. That's what gets me I guess. I'm not hungry so I don't wanna eat more. I do exercise, its just when I'm working. I lift a lot of stuff, power walk, etc. Meh diets suck
  • I used to drink protein shakes (26g protein) in the morning and still felt weird. felt better on days that I actually ate breakfast.
  • If you want chocolate, try getting a bag of hersheys kisses. that way if you want chocolate, give yourself enough room for 1 or 2 in your diet, they only have 20ish calories each. so you're still getting your chocolate but still being good. If you want something salty, try pretzels, low fat, low cal, yummy. or even just…
  • get her a kitten! everyone love kittens :D
  • try body fortress. they're $15 at Walmart, have 140 calories, 2 grams of sugar and 26 grams of protein. And they're pretty good! A decent sized tub lasts about 2-4 weeks depending on how often you use it. (ps. if you do try it, the chocolate tastes like chocolate milk) hehe
  • Just take it one week at a time, when you start to see that evil number go down, that's where your motivation comes from :) Trust me lol I'm in pretty much the same boat that you're in
  • It actually does work pretty well. Thats basically what i've been doing to lose weight. Usually have a protein shake for breakfast, salad for lunch and a couple healthy fruits and veggies for snackage, then have basically whatever i want for dinner :D keeps you from feeling deprived.
  • Just remember, (and maybe try telling them) you're losing the weight for YOU, not for them. That's all that matters :)
  • If you don't like coffee, have you tried tea? like hot tea with no calorie sweetener? its really good. anywho, if you want more energy, try green smoothies. its a combo of kale, apples (which help keep you awake), carrots, and basically any fruits and veggies you like. they're really good and give you lots of energy. I…
  • I can kinda relate. I'm 21 and started out at 206! I've never really been considered small, but that was my breaking point. So far I'm down about 13 pounds and this really does help!! I'm not from North Dakota, but I'm usually on here at least once a day, so maybe I can help :) Add me if you like
  • Hey!! I'm 21 but I act like a 12 year old... that count? Oh well, anyone can add me if they like!

  • hmm.. looks pricey... I's broke..
  • I've been using cocoa butter, lotion, and some weird stuff with a picture of a pregnant lady on it, and it hasn't worked yet :( eh maybe i'm just impatient.... that would make sense...... but "poof" would be neat :D
  • Ello, I'm Bri! You can add me if you like. I'm usually on here at least once a day. Maybe I can be of help ^_^
