I love Leslie Sansone. i love the walk weight loss boot camp and the walk slim fast 4 mile. Nice work out. i will be trying a couple of her five mile tapes this week. i have herad they are great....I will keep you posted..:)

Rasins, dried fruit and nut mix, special k protein meal bars are great I like the Strawberry and the Chocolate peanutbutter, popcorn...:)

I am over 200 pounds. I did level 1 yesterday. Very challenging but I made it through. Good work out.. Go at your own pace and do what you can do . As you progress you will be able to do more....Give it a try:smile:
