I drink my coffee black, as well. The calories from creamer & sugar is killing your diet. Just remember, ~3,500 calories=1lb

Let me know if you need help. I have done a lot of research and lost 30lbs in 4 months with proper diet and exercise. That said, I have kept it off for over 2 years.
