  • That looks really interesting. Have you ever done any other JM workouts? - I mean, can you compare, for example 30DS with the Slim Down? I'd be interested to learn that. But to my lay(zy) eye it looks also much harder than just 30DS, so I'm not sure if I'd be able to survive it :)
