everyone is welcome to join! My goal of 30 miles is above and beyond the regular day to day walking I do for work or pleasure. This is 30 miles of walking with the sole purpose of exercise! I got my feet wet today and did 1.62 miles before work. It won't count towards my 30 for June, but getting a start.

I didn't have a period for six months, then after that i had it for almost 6 months straight which was ridiculous. I went to the doctor, was referred to a Gyno and was prescribed birth control. It helped get me back into it, but I am worried about what will happen if I ever am interested in getting pregnant.

I work shift work as well and it is difficult. I am just starting but it is difficult because there is a mandatory rule that if you are on overtime, you have to bring treats for everyone. The problem is that the treats are never healthy. That has definitely been my biggest challenge. Portioning snacks has been helpful…
