Check out the Leslie Sansone walk at home dvd's. They are great for beginners and later on you can increase the intensity by adding hand weights into the workouts.

I have read/heard that 10-12 pounds is approx 1 pant size. When I weighed 175 pounds, I was in size 14-16. I lost weight and was down to 130-135 pounds and was in size 6. Hope that helps!

I tried 30 day shred and didnt get past day 8! I used 3lb weights and that was plenty. I noticed that I felt a little bit more toned,but no weight loss. I suggest adding extra cardio,even if it is 15-20 minutes. Good Luck!

I attempted C25K, and I did not make it past week 3. I ended up doing week 1 for like 3 weeks straight and week 2 for 3 weeks. It was tough! I made the mistake of giving up when it got too hard. My advice would be to stay with week 1 until you feel the 60 seconds of 'running' is getting a little easier. Cuz week 2 brings…

I have a major sweet tooth that I struggle with on a daily basis. Sometimes I eat 3-4 spoonfuls of fat free cool whip sweetened with splenda or sweet n low, it really does satisfy the sweet tooth (on most days), and the best part is it isnt alot of calories!

Both look great,why not make your goal somewhere in between the 2...maybe 165 would work for you! Good Luck and Congrats on how far you have come already!
