I usually have coffee with creamer when I'm craving something sweet and it lasts longer than food, but I want to know what other people do to satisfy their cravings!

I like the strawberry yogurt with granola, YoCrunch, or else a little jello is always good and sweet and still fits very well into the calorie goals for the day.0

I bought skinny cow small servings of icecream if I really want to treat myself. 150 calories for the container, and that's satisfying!0

Take half a banana, then slice that half length wise. Put a couple pieces of dark chocolate on the flat surface and microwave for 15 seconds or until the banana is a little warm and the chocolate nice and melty over top of it. Mmmmm.0

i have a terrible sweet tooth!!i used to eat nutrigrain bars or kellogs 90 calorie bars or some fruit.i really had to keep my sugars down to lose all that weight.
I go to Bikram yoga...where one of my co-yogini remarked one day that she has been off sugars for almost 7 years now...
i dropped my jaw and asked her how?
she said whenever you drink water have hot water. i felt it was wierd....it took me some time to get used to it,but that really worked it keeps all my cravings down.
if you want to avoid sugars..maybe its worth giving a try.good luck0 -
I just bought an ice cream maker.0

I have a major sweet tooth that I struggle with on a daily basis. Sometimes I eat 3-4 spoonfuls of fat free cool whip sweetened with splenda or sweet n low, it really does satisfy the sweet tooth (on most days), and the best part is it isnt alot of calories!0

I make these; http://vegan20eleven.blogspot.com/2011/04/little-bites-of-heaven.html
The problem is, as I said, you can't help but eat all of them. If you can find a way to share them before you do, they're pretty good. 38 calories, 3g of sugar, chewy, crunchy, sweet, chocolatey, cherry.:D0 -
Cadbury's Freddo chocolate - only 95 calories!!0

Either yogurt with honey, or tea with some almond milk and truvia. Or that's what I should be having...I'm working on it0

"Quakes" Caramel Corn Mini Rice Cakes. They have a satisfying crunch to them and are sweet without busting your diet. They are MUCH better than regular caramel corn rice cakes!0

I've recently discovered Nescafe French Vanilla instant coffee (don't hate ... lol)
5 calories for a tsp ... I use 2 plus 3-10% creamers and a Splenda ... 40 calories.
I also like Greek yogurt + berries or cherries + a little ice water blended together for a tasty smoothie.0 -
I LOVE the fiber one chocolate and oatmeal bar. Keeps me full and has 35% of daily fiber.0

OMG the Oats and Peanut Butter bars are to DIE for! And they, um, help you the next morning, what with all that fiber in them... :bigsmile:0 -
Fruit and Cream!!! I like to mix 1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawberries first choice, blueberries second choice) with a Tablespoon (yes, that's one) of low fat ice cream, let them thaw (or microwave til thawed) add a bit of cinnamon mix and enjoy...reminds me of summer. I take this to work and by lunch time it's thawed and ready to eat or after work I mix a bowl up and by evening snack time it's ready!0

Bananas on cereal with milk. Fudgesicles. Watermelon. Extra Mint Chocolate Chip chewing gum. I love that gum. I am so bummed that I am out of it right now. I couldn't find it at the store last time I went, and didn't have time to search up and down all the checkouts.0

I love a cup of pineapple chunks, 4 tbsp of lite cool whip. Only like 100 calories! Yum!0
-
Yogurt! I think Dannon Light and Fit Banana Yogurt (80 cals in 6oz) tastes almost exactly like banana pudding! They have chocolate flavors too (White Chocolate Raspberry is pretty good!)0

Cocoa almonds, sugar free jello or pudding, sugar free or fat free fudge pop, any type of fruit, etc.
I always keep a rather wide variety on hand so as not to get bored and want to go for something bad.0
