never unless its a big cardio session to burn over 1000 calories i might have something sweet before and after for energy long distanced cycling requires energy on the go it burns calories very fast 2 hours on the bike for burns over 2000 calories so most of the i am -calories that day

for me it was after clothes shopping jeans and t-shirt that didn't fit me when i got home(no i didn't try it at the shop) i was i a really in a bad mood all week and then it click i hung the clothes up were i can see them took me 4 weeks got into them after lose a stone so now i alway buy smaller jeans and a t-shirt hang…

looked at dairy eat more at lunch you don't seem to be getting enough fuel i alway aim for 300 calories at breakfast 300 calories lunch and about 500 at dinner and 200 as a evening snack my dairy is open be my guest have alook p.s are you include any hot drink during the day:smile:

This might sound sad but I alway buy jeans a size smaller while I.m losing weight I've done it twice and it feels great being able to fit into them it's a really good visional aid for me.

Try cycling I find it helps and able to work harder for longer.
