I had this problem and bumped my calories up to 1600 per day which somebody suggested and the weight started coming off. You should gradually up your calories until you figure out what is best for you.

This frustrates me because I have done 25 days so far with only having 3 days off and I can't see any results whatsoever :frown: yet you look amazing. I have been sticking to good eating too. Here's hoping a lot happens these next 5 days. But well done you!!

Why do people on here always tell men to not read or avoid reading anything related to periods? Honestly if men are still grossed out about periods then they need to grow up. It is completely normal and not gross at all!! It's not a bloody horror movie, IT'S COMPLETELY NATURAL, PEOPLE.

So weird seeing some of the suggestions here Boil water in a pan, bring to boil, add eggs for 3-4 mins It's that simple. Some of you are craaaaazy.

the 2nd one would probably have a thigh gap if she wore the same shorts as the first one. i have a pair of shorts that make my thigh gap look really obvious because the crotch goes right up to, well, your crotch but on the trousers the crotch is much lower so it's hidden and not so obvious

I used to but they never worked out for me as i craved more of the same the following day. I have what I want if I can squeeze it into my daily allowance, if not well I won't die if i don't have it :) learning to control myself!!

I had scrambled eggs and toast because I had a bit of a bad day and had a kebab for lunch so had a lighter dinner. I remained under my calories though so one day won't hurt :) I was also working from 9-5 cleaning a very messy office so I think I'll get away with this one ;)

I used to order dominos pizza 2/3 times a week (no joke) along with wedges, 4 cookies and cans of fizzy juice. I've completely given that up because I'm of the belief that's how I put so much weight on in the first place.
