What did you eat for dinner????

I had roasted pork loin with rosemary and lemon, pumpkin puree with cinnamon and sauteed brussels sprouts with pancetta and caramelized onions. What did you have? (Having trouble resizing the pic, but the star of the show was the brussels sprouts anyway, so I guess it'll be OK. LOL)

I'm going out to dinner with my husband. I've been looking at the restaurants menu, but I haven't decided yet.0

that looks delicious! Hubby and I went out to eat. I was going to have a big salad, but then I saw that they had a veggie bean burger on the menu. calories for that seemed good. It came on an onion roll, but I only ate the bottom half. It had a slice of melted cheddar and some kind of pepper aoili (mayo), pickle, and I got a salad instead of fries, then ate my husband's salad too. Was GREAT and my calories fit perfectly.
I also had 3 big unsweetened ice teas and a decaf coffee.0 -
A giant brownie cookie from Potbelly's. ...maybe I'll try to eat a better dinner later.0

I had scrambled eggs and toast because I had a bit of a bad day and had a kebab for lunch so had a lighter dinner. I remained under my calories though so one day won't hurt
I was also working from 9-5 cleaning a very messy office so I think I'll get away with this one0 -

No the healthiest thing in the world ( a pepper stuffed with cheese and then fried) but oh so delicious. Luckily the time consuming prep work keeps me from making them too often0 -
filet mignon with sauteed mushrooms, onions and zucchini with a greek salad (feta, cucumber, tomato, my moms canned beets)0

Brussels sprouts taste like disappointment and hatred.
These brussels sprouts, my dear, absolutely do not. They are sauteed in bacon drippings. I mean... hello. For the rest of you, sounds like everyone ate well tonight! And to the poster who had her wisdom teeth out, I hope you're feeling well!0 -
Well, good question. I have learned that if I Am starving...and sit right by the kitchen door, like I did tonight...I was going to have a real hard time. I am just a hair over 3 week after bypass surgery so I am unable to eat what you all are eating. I opted for mashed potatoes, meatloaf and gravy. I just learned that the gravy helps it go down easier and little stomach pain afterwards. So that is what I had even though all the luscious goodies coming from the kitchen was a killer. After I ate about 1/4 cup of nibbles...I no longer felt sad about all the goodness that passed by me on the waitress cart. I great new restaurant we just found called "Ranch House" Restaurant in Duncannon, PA. WONDERFUL GREAT!!! Will go there again!0
