I totally agree that exercise is a priority and it should be part of my everyday routine which is what I will be doing. Its really hard when you are busy with children. Lots of stroller walks and if you have space I love Jillian Michaels workouts they are intense and short and I would put baby in bouncer or play yard near me and entertain them. Try your best

I weigh after but that's because it's easier for me.....I don't want to use a plate to weigh it raw and than use another plate to eat it....I think it doesn't matter as long as you are recording the right info....I use the site for cooked items. http://nutritiondata.self.com

I believe you should eat when you are hungry regardless on time or calories left. Now no one needs to have ice cream but you deserve to treat yourself :)

the dog I mostly walks on my left. she's a big dog 60 pounds and is a puller. The stroller is a really good one so I don't think that's it. I checked the bottom of my shoes and the right is more woren down

yes I carry the baby on the left side because I'm right handed and I can do other tasks with that hand..I also what the dog with my left hand.
