One side toner than other side! What do I do?

I've noticed over the last few months that my left side of my lower body is more tone and skinner. I'm trying to even out my exercise but i am guessing that one side is stronger. I still have a lot of weight to go so I don;t know if I should worry about it now or later.

Is there some quick exercises I can do just for the right to help it catch up

It's driving me crazy cause I have some nice cuts on my left side that I don't have on my right....

is it possible you have one leg longer than the other, a slight curve in your spine, or posture issues?

it might be from daily walking around rather than workout time.
    worth considering perhaps?

if you do more walking than working out then i would wager it's something to do with that. do you carry a bag or walk the dog on one side? is the stroller even?

you might be able to tell more by how your shoes wear down. are the left & right wearing the same way?

...or i might be barking up the wrong tree.

Have a doctor check out to see if your pelvic bone is out of place so then they can rotate it back into place. That is what happened to me.

Do you carry your baby on one hip more then the other, or carry groceries with one arm more then the other?

A chiropracter may also be great to assess this

I have the same issue and it drives me bananas. I never thought about it until I read this thread, but I do tend to carry everything on my left side/left arm and that just happens to be the slimmer side.

yes I carry the baby on the left side because I'm right handed and I can do other tasks with that hand..I also what the dog with my left hand.

the dog I mostly walks on my left. she's a big dog 60 pounds and is a puller. The stroller is a really good one so I don't think that's it. I checked the bottom of my shoes and the right is more woren down

well you have your answer! it may or may not be the dog, but the shoe wear is telling. one leg is working harder.

    may i suggest?
