Tried Warrior Diet, Berkhan Lean Gains and Chad Waterbury's spin on Warrior Diet. Gave each one 4 weeks. Interesting article, thanks. Breakfast is usually my smallest meal and it's never adversely impacted me to eat that way.

I lift heavy ( > 65% of my 1 rep max), 4 days a week. My off days, I do Yoga or stretching or take walks. I try to be active every day but obviously take it easy on non-lifting days.
