  • thank you! I have decided to do level one for another ten days before moving on, I peeked at level 2 and I just don't think I can even come close. My body has changed so much! I could not do a modified push up or a jumping jack when I started on level one. Now I can do almost all of the jumping jacks and modified pushups.…
  • D5L1 done...almost skipped it, so glad I got it done! Today I was able to do two full sets of jumping jacks! I am so darn excited, oh, and all the bicycle crunches at the end!!!
  • I am on day 3, the side lunges hurt my knees, but it is a bit better each day....that makes me motivated. I love the workout, it goes by fast and it is not boring for me. I am a little sore all over, but I like it as it reminds me I have muscle under all this fat and someday I will see them again lol.
