Well i don't love it here. LOL i'm from Mississippi and i have been here about 9 yrs. I want to move away but for the most its an okay place to raise your kids and its safe and not alot of violence.

OMG thanks so much i NEVER knew that about the instant oatmeal. I thought i was doing good but i guess i wasn't. I will put it on my grocery list for the weekend. lol thanks

Well i have the same problem but i notice another memeber was adding everything she added to her meals. Like i made a spicy chicken sandwaich the other night. Well i'm weighing in now. Today i weigh in at 223 so that is a gain but i have had some things happen lately that has stopped me from exercise but i'm motivated and Monday is a new week start and i will burn these lbs. I'm also buying a eliptical machine this week and instead of sitting and watching tv i will work out. lol
