Ok, that makes me feel better! Thanks. I was beginning to get a little worried. I've seen a few women say that they saw differences in inches after stage 1 and I guess I was just hopeful I would be one of them haha. Anyways thanks & congrats to you as well!

Special K Cinnamon Pecan is awesome! But I agree with the others that most cereal is about the same. I just really like the taste of this cereal. I ate it before my lifestyle change with no thought to if it was healthier! I do enjoy it with some Vanilla Almond milk :)

I rewarded myself with something small everytime I hit a milestone. After 20 lbs I re-pierced my belly button After 40 lbs lost I bought a new swimsuit and I usually do reward myself with small cheat meals. I have NEVER been a runner (partly because of asthma-partly because I always give up) but yesterday I ran a half a mile without stopping. :-) This was after my weight lifting workout. I am determined to become a runner!

Just so I make sure I have this correct.. The tdee- 20% is all exercise included? So when I calculate my tdee it's important to put the correct activity level and not miss an exercise day.

I am down almost 50 lbs and I have went from a size 14 to a size 8. It took me around 20 lbs to lose a pant size but the more I lose the faster I seem to go down in pant sizes. My juniors pant sizes haven't went down as much though, which I assume is due to them being made smaller. I think it all depends on your body shape…

I am on a 1200 cal diet! :) It's been working for me for 8 months now and I have lost 44lbs! I am rarely hungry or "starving" ( and my hair isn't falling out!) If I work out I will eat my cals back. Add me if you want!

Yeah, I typed that wrong. When I tried the tdee-20% I did not eat calories back. When I eat 1200 cals a day and exercise I do eat cals back.
