Congrats on your upcoming 2nd baby! I'm a mom of two children. I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant on #3 and very much trying to stay on track. I lost 32 lbs this summer and would like to keep healthy, active and a minimal weight gain during this pregnancy. As well as lose baby weight afterwards. I've been successful a couple…

I'm 28, mom of 2. Also in the same boat of "swear I won't be there again". Your welcome to add me! I'm needing some new active friends as well :)

Thanks all for the ideas! There are just so many on the shelf you never know which one to grab. I'm located in the Woodlands TX (infamous), bout 20 min north of Houston. I'm not a light weight. I wish I was. I practically drank a whole pack of the Ritas Saturday at the beach. I love vodka with juice, and a good strong Port…

Good to know! Honestly I don't know what a craft beer is. My bad. I'm new to the beer world. Usually a liquor and wine person. I hate drinking these watery beers. That's why I got stuck on the Ritas because their 8%, but hell, 200 calories? Fricken hell. What beers do y'all like? Then I can broaden my beer horizons! :)

I think whiskey is winning. Beer is the bomb! Hate the calorie count tho. I can't stop at just a few. Nope. Come on, there has to be more of you out there! Drinkers, unite!

Ha! Funny. I'm a 5pm girl. And I usually figure it into calories as well. But hell, I want a bottle tonight :) And I've been trying to cut back lately to get the last 10 lbs off. Damn stubborn *kitten*.

Had my son 6 months ago. Still losing. Add me if you like! Getting support, motivation and open diaries helps a lot.

I completely agree with you lizziebeth. I was told by my doctor that once you have a gall stone, you are more at risk for them even if you get it to pass. And there is no 'cleanse' to solve it. If you have a problem with your gall bladder, or you think you do, get a second opinion. I went in and had an ultrasound and the…

First, I can't stand 'after baby' weight. I looked disgusting. And I wasn't about to let postpartum take over like with my first. Second, hereditary health issues that I am determined to avoid. To prove to my family that it can be avoided. And I just moved to Texas. Which means sunny beaches and less clothing. Not about to…

I had this same problem like 8 months ago, WHILE 7 mo pregnant. Sounds like a gall stone to me. I had to deal with it until baby could be born. (PAIN!) I would use an ace bandage and wrap it around my lower rib cage to put pressure on it. But then I don't know if that would work for you. Since I was big and prego, and…

I've lost 20 lbs in the last 4 months and alot of it was due to just walking. But not like a stroll. Fast walk. I'm also doing the C25K right now, on week 3. My walk is 4.0 mph and my jog is 6.0 mph. That's the first thing, you do want to keep your heart rate up enough to maintain during the walking parts. Just my advice.
