    Well, back in college i used to just chug it down. I still remember the overwhelming shame i used to feel, waking up next to empty bottles of stuff i wouldn't normally touch. Sometimes i didn't even recognize the name on it.
    I am a lot more selective of what i put in my mouth now, and always take the time to savor it.
