My gym music is all rock. :) Theory of a Deadman, Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Bullet for my Valentine, Shinedown, Disturbed, etc. :) I can just play my entire collection of songs from the band SOiL and i'm good to go. :)

I eat Fage 0% Greek yogurt..and if I really need some protein, I will mix a little vanilla protein powder. :) Other suggestions...egg whites, fat free cottage cheese, salmon/tuna, etc.

Depends on the mood...seriously, my mp3 player has everything from Nat King Cole to Maroon 5 to Avenged Sevenfold...and everything in between. :D (Can you tell I love music?? :) Wouldn't be able to workout without it!) If I had to list favorites.... SOiL and AlterBridge.

Find some good healthy "filler" snacks...I eat a lot of fat free cottage cheese and greek yogurt (good protein sources). Almonds are a great snack for healthy fats, too. Also, maybe look into a good protein smoothie/shake...its a good way to get in your calories, and get a lot of good fats/protein.

Yup! The week before, I have a ridiculous appetite, and ALWAYS feel hungry. Then, during, it dwindles down to about nothing. ...what really gets to me, though, is the 2+ lb. weight gain the week before! Gah. I know it's just water weight, and I'll lose it again after, but it's depressing! I just have to convince myself not…

Hahaha....I did something similar! I had a stomach flu, and all I was worried about how my food intake (or lack thereof) was gonna' look on my MFP food diary! Lol.
