^^ I believe this is correct. Shouldn't affect your overall numbers except for the summary of time in each zone. I believe you can reset this by holding the bottom right button after starting a workout.

Yeah, when I used to row I would routinely cross 200 when sprinting. I think it's fine when you are 18-22. If it happens at less than your maximum exertion level I would double check your calibration.

I weigh in around 205 and I usually do 2 different workouts for a half hour each but they are >500 calories usually as per my Polar FT7.
