1200 is way below what you need, so you will lose all the weight you want if you stay at that number. To go any lower would be silly because cravings would get intense and then you will be dreaming of food. lol.

I can relate to not wanting to work out at night. If I were you, I would do my best to choose a low calorie dinner like fruits and veggies and a fried egg or something. Cereal. Keep some milk in your fridge and bring your favorite cereal in a tupperware. It's easy and has a variety (I love raisin Bran). If you miss something warm, just make coffee or tea on the side.

I keep my freind list exclusively women because it's embarassing enough to show them the "skeletons" in my daily food diary. They are all really funny and supportive. I have deleted one girl because she was bragging about losing weight when she was underweight.

Hi there, I think that is too drastic for a young person. I think small, healthy changes will make a bigger difference. Like adding some fruit and veggies to your snacks and meals. Everything in moderation, so maybe add an extra glass of water to your day ( in addition to your meals.) :happy:

I have two sons, however I am raising them solo. I brought them to the movies (no school on Good Friday here) And we all got a BIG fuzzy hug from the Easter Bunny at the mall. Gotta love your kids. :smile: (mine are 5 & 7)

If you like baking, then why not try the sugar free brownies. There are a ton of healthy dessert recipes now using stevia and splenda. I have also heard a lot of people who make their own protien bars. I know it entails oatmeal and I think they are sweet. :smile:

I think it's consistancy and writing down each day what it says you will weigh in 5 weeks. After 5 weeks if it's not working, you need to switch it up. Try something new. A new exersize regimen, or a new diet. Or anything. But stay consistant for five weeks with one thing and see how it works. People either Change it up…

I agree with the young lady who eats fruit. I have tried the higher protien macros, but I found that if you stay within in the general numbers on MFP, you will have a healthy, enjoyable diet regimen. :smile:

Go to Goals. Press Change Goals. Two options come up Guided Plan (reccomended by MFP) or Custom Click Custom and customize your Macros. As for the muscles...... you can figure that part out.:smile:
