im over a lot as well. Also on the sugar and i don't eat a lot of sweets. The more home cooked meals, the less sodium though.

I think if you follow the directions. I saw on the website 1 Meal 2 Shakes and 3 Snacks a day. I think if you just add one blatanly into your day it would be unaffective.:smile:

IIFYM is more humane. Make sure a lot of the food is clean within there to get nutrients.

Following a specific Plan. You could be in a complete zombie mode and these plans still work.:bigsmile: Such as Atkins, calorie counting, Carb Cycling, Warrior Diet. Some sort of rules, that are not your own and tracking them.

Hi hun, I am not into the body building, I am only chiming in as maybe a constant to this equation. I finally found my TDEE and it's 1700 calories a day. Finding that number helps you figure out so much! GL, Kara:wink:

The only insanity I do is my own version, however I know my tummy was stretched to the max never to return to that baywatch firm bod. But exersize can help along with love, lotion and a safe tan.:wink:

You are super young and active and Basically you're only eating 500 calories. I'm like losing weight on 1700, so I would say step it up girl. Don't jip yourself and maybe check out youtube videos on girls diets, they talk about everything under the moon on there. Good Luck hun.

I think you love it. If I were you I would schedule your favorite pop in once a week, Like on a Friday night, Don't keep it at the house though grab it on your way home at the gas station. It's kind of like a child who grows up in a very strict household usually regresses. GL:love:

I was an endomorph my whole childhood and into my teenage years. Now, I am trying to put on some weight. I think keeping your numbers in a healthy range equates to health. One lady told me about her plan. It was 7 one hundred calorie meal replacement shakes (I don't kinow the brand.) And two small meals each consisting of 250 calories. She really enjoyed this and was on it for a while. GL:wink:

PB is such a hot topic. I think you took the first step and have the one without the sugar. But yeah, 1/4 cup sounds normal. If you can fit that into your day, I highly doubt that's the problem food (good) Fat burns fat. :drinker:

I just saw a book on this at the book fair...........the possibilities are endless! The beef one would be nice with cashews, peppers, onion, and teryaki beef. My aunt once made a salad and did not cook the noodles, it was crunchy and flavorful.:smooched:

I think you should eat (in moderation of course). I am at the opposite end of the spectrum (gaining weight) and I had to adjust my calories, lower for about two weeks. I simply could not eat that much. Let your body be your guide. :happy:

Ive heard of homeade juices, however it does require ingredients and a juicer. maybe try a replacement shake to save on digestion.
