  • I swim 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. But, I am on my universities swim team. Try to get in 3 days a week at least. If you can't then do alternatives such as running or jogging. Or, like I like to do when I'm home from school. Do abs/ pushups when watching TV on commercial breaks:)
