I joined this a while ago, and i find it helpful as far as trying to keep track of everything, but i think I just need support right now! my name is April im 29 and i have 3 kids. I never gained weight from food i gained it al lfrom having kids. I always did fad diets one week i would lose the next i would gain and its been a rollercoaster like this for almost 10 years, and in 10 years i gained 100 lbs total!
Now im here, a year ago I was 180-200lbs im now 245. I started working out every day for a half hour doing cardio and i started eating great! but i lost nothing, for 5 months all i did was gain and its all im doing. I stopped bc i just gave up, my own family telling me i was too big and no one not even my husband would support me. I have no one cheering me on and telling me to keep going.
My calorie intake is super low, (900 a day without diet) all my friends keep telling is, stop eating so much, start eating better, work out more, but let me tell you i AM eating way better, and i cant cut more than I have and work out? i do it as much as i can with a job and kids. people dont understand its not eating and working out thats the problem, I had all my blood work done, my thyroid is fine ect, there is no underlying problems! so I started working out again, see what happens. I really just need support bc i think thats the reason why i gave up so fast

    Hey girl!

Anyone feel free to add me I'm happy to support anyone who needs it!!!!

Sounds like you've got the motivation and the drive. You need to keep telling yourself that YOU CAN DO IT! Because girl, you can. I use the negative things that people tell me to drive me! Keep your head up and keep pushing!

When you're bored and find yourself needing something to do if your hands aren't too full go for a brisk walk or jog! Doesn't have to be long at all. Even a lap or two around the neighborhood is great! Or, when you watch TV on commercial breaks do ab work (sit-ups, planks etc) or pushups! :)

    Hope this helps you!!
