Working overnight shift-how do I log food?

Hey everyone! I am working tonight from 11PM to 9AM and usually don't work like this, so I am a little confused on how to log my food. Since I am going to be up and not sleeping, I have to eat something every few hours, so do I log this under Monday's date, or since it is after 12AM, do I log it under Tuesday's date? Also, whenever I normally work from 3PM to 11PM, I sometimes get up in the middle of the night and eat a snack, do I log that under that day or the next day? Thanks everyone!

If you don't eat until after 12 am I would log it under tuesdays date!0

I worked nights for years. What I did was firstly, get rid of the labels 'breakfast, lunch' etc and replace them with 'meal 1, meal 2...' Then I decided that my 'day' consisted of the time from when I got up (usually about 5 pm) until when I went to bed (10 am the next day). Yes, it meant that I was frequently logging on 'yesterday's' diary, but it worked for me. Now I work 2nd shift, so most of my meals are eaten at regular hours. However when I get home from work, if I have a snack before bed, I still log it as my final meal of the day even though it is after midnight. Hope that helps.0

Thanks so much for your help. This does make it easier to log all the food I eat from when I get up until when I go to bed, even when it is not normal hours. Thanks!0

I also count everything eaten during a graveyard shift after midnight as "yesterday", then I start the next day when I wake up after getting off work.0
