I try not to eat places that don't have caloric information... I do try to track though... if you know what's in it you can get kind of a basic idea about how many calories, just remember restaurants are calorie hogs so don't underestimate! Hope this helps. don't eat 300 under your calorie limit... don't eat under your calorie limit... you're putting yourselves into starvation mode... eat back your workout calories too... eating is not your enemy.

I do every morning... I like to see how different foods impact my body, and it keeps me in check... i'd get really far off track if i only weigh once a week...

I LOVE LESLIE SANSONE! I'd check craigslist for a bike or even an elliptical I find them easy on my knees... and I have SEVERE arthritis in my right knee...

That's exactly what we do! We also use sliced mozzarella to keep calories in check... if it's shredded it's easier to go nuts!

Just speaking the truth. :) I've been in relationships like that... I've also found it handy to cut off ties with any relationship that lasts over a week... (Some people get creepier and *kitten*-holier the longer you know them!)

load up on fruits and veggies, they are better for you and you can eat a lot more for fewer calories. :)

I'm going to say if you aren't used to working out, your body might be in a state of shock. I'd try upping calories to a maintanence level for a few days then backing down some... I still feel like 1400 calories might not be enough... are you calories consisting of foods that are good for you or high sodium "crap" foods?

how many calories are you burning and what kind of weight stuff are you doing? It could be a number of things... water retention included... but I still wonder if you aren't eating enough...

I love carrots with hummus... or just carrots in general for a good crunch. Like other have said popcorn... I also do cereal (I don't really like cereal with milk so that works out well for me) I try to stick to Cheerios or other cereals that aren't too bad.
