I just started doing TDEE-22.5%... I'm 5'6'' Starting Weight of 162 calories per day about 1650! Let's see how this goes!

macros are 40 carbs-30 fat-30 protein for roadmap... I'm surprised you haven't heard of it, apparently it's this HUGE thing on here that I've never heard of until I signed up on here.

I'm more interested in what people eat because I get bored with what I eat sometimes... I think everything is fine in moderation! or heck, sometimes you just have to binge on that giant bowl of whatever it is!

Quick question, but is there any way to change it so you can record your workout but it won't add to your calories? I still want to record my workouts so I know what I'm doing and when I'm doing it, but if you aren't supposed to eat back those calories i don't want them showing up! Thanks!

starting out I loved Leslie Sansone DVD's... after that I started having the motivation to go outdoors and walk... then i discovered the powers of the elliptical, followed by zumba!

It's only a problem and hindering your weight loss if you're not getting fiber also... in turn not pooping! I do think you can have too much protein, but I def think that's very hard to do! (You can drink too much water so I'm sure you can have too much protein!)

I tip about 15-20%... although I will admit a couple months ago the woman wouldn't stop talking and for a deep tissue massage i think my cat walks on my back when I'm sleeping... I debated not tipping because it had felt like a waste of money!

chicken breast parm shake and bake spaghetti squash pasta sauce fresh mozzarella... coat the chicken in the shake and bake and bake with sauce and cheese, prepare spaghetti squash and then add sauce. It's delicious!

I'm closer to the 5'6" range, but I'm looking for somewhere between 130-140, it will depend once i get down there how I feel... I was 136 before and told I was looking too thin. :S
