I think Quest bars are the absolute best. They have tons of flavors. Not medicine tasting. They seem to be stacked with nutrients too. Not so high on the sugar and carbs. Or fig bars - you can't get them at Costco or SAMs club. They're delicious !

No. You don't need to already be in shape. Do the workouts to your "own-personal" best. They are incredible workouts and will strengthen your core and challenge you significantly. Definitely do it.
