Is their a recommended dosage of sodium that one should stick to when trying to 'lose weight'? I have heard a few different schools of thought, curious to hear what you all think. If it helps - I'm 6ft 2 - 285lbs (male - 30). Not sure if any of those factors calculate in :) Kind regards, Ben

I have a love-hate relatiionship with Love Handles
Anyone know what specific workout can be targeted towards slimming up the excess on the sides, aka-love handles.
