THANK YOU! Coming back with a LOSS? That would be amazing. haha!

Well I wasn't planning on bringing MY scale. Just my food one. LMAO!!!! Steel, I'm over 400 days strong...stop logging? LOL. Maybe I'll just put 1 calorie and name is Disney. Haha. Just stick with the walking and call it a day workout wise?
-
I'm going to do this routine today...question. I'm a little confused with their description of a warm up. And is there ANY way to gauge how much weight to start with/end with? I'm so stupid in this department. How long does one rest between reps?
-
So I just put together a typical day for me. I still need about 400 calories...no fat....quite a few carbs. Any suggestions with what I could pad it with?

I have been twice to the OB/GYN and she didn't seem concerned. Everything else looked normal....I just felt like maybe I was doing something wrong as it's sooooo irregular! :-)

Thank you! I can't wait to look at this link and add in this workout. I am leaving a week from yesterday for Disney World. Total change of activity/food etc. I will try and add these strength workouts there and keep the cardio as walking...and walking...and walking. I will do this and let you know in a week how it goes!

BUMP? SNIFF SNIFF.

PRESSURE. This is a silly comparison, but when I had 2 weeks until the Les Mills Combat infomercial, my diet was extremely tight. I went to bed hungry. I woke up in the middle of the night hungry. I would be at the mall or something, starving, but I had that pressure/motivation to not buy anything but the 100 calorie…

That sounds so good too! I don't know why, but I will never lose if I have a greek yogurt.

Mine are about the same. 3 months and then maintain... Get in the SOLID 140's. No bouncing back to the 150's Get my nutrition in order so a carb doesn't throw my body into a whirlwind Get my bodyfat under 20% Get familiar in the weight room and rock it Look like Sarah.

Hahahaha! Good on you! Whenever ya'll get a chance. :-) 3 classes yesterday. 3200 calories burned. 1700 eaten. Weight still up. I swear my body goes through phases. I can get on a role and it will drop and drop and drop. Then it will hit a patch and not budge no matter WHAT I do. It's so odd. This is one of those phases.…

Bump.

Thanks guys. I'm going a bit nuts here so I am listening very intently. 154.2 today. I taught 2 killer classes back to back yesterday and I'm up 4 pounds in a week. I had some carbs/sugar/sodium on Saturday...but really? I have three classes today and I'm not even sure how to eat to sustain them. I'm hijacking my own…

This is quickly becoming my favorite group.
-
for me personally it doesn't fill me up at all and the sodium is astronomical.

Kellogg's Crunchy Nut. Golden Grahams. Hell, most cereals. LOL! But Crunchy Nut is KING and totally gone within a day or two.
-
Thanks Crank!! I also am very wary of broscience trainers too.

I do know how to do all of those, yeah. We do them all in Bodypump....just higher reps with less weight. Except maybe the deadlift. I "know" how to do it, but I always second guess my form when doing one properly (in Pump we only go to the knee caps since it's group ex and we want to keep everyone safe). It would be more…

You're probably right. While I have a lot of definition, I feel my BF should be lower. I need to do the picture analysis of BF and have ya'll take a stab at it.

I teach Bodypump 3 times a week (Usually 4 but I dropped one for the Summer) which is high rep/low weight...not low low weight...but by the end of class you have done over 800 reps of squats, chest press, clean and presses/ deadrows and lifts, tricep extensions/presses/dips/overhead extensions, bicep curls, lunges,…

Thanks so much Steel. 153.2 this morning after a rest day. Logged every little thing as usual. Face meet palm.

YES! VERY INTERESTED!

Ahem.... Breakfast pretty much the entire menu at Bouchon Bakery in Las Vegas. Otherwise a big pancake breakfast with sausage at our Dutch market. Amish homemade food...whuuuut? Lunch chicken and waffles at American Tap Room with Red Velvet cake as dessert Dinner Thai food from Sabai Sabai. Basil Pork Crisp. Pad Thai. Pork…

And this is why I bang my head against a wall. I was finally around 150 last week. Had that fried chicken/waffle meal and shot up a number of pounds...sodium/carbs I get it. All week I've been busting *kitten* teaching and keeping my diet tight. Yesterday I still had 700 left (I taught two classes back to back) I was 151.6…

I teach Body Flow (as well as many other LMI formats) and it's awesome! It's not studio yoga...very different....has the pilates and tai chi mix in with it. It's a bit more fitness than zen...but the music is awesome and I love the guided meditation at the end!

As a group fitness instructor this hurts my heart a little. LOL! That makes total sense though, and we all have to do what gets us to our goal! For me, I was a stay at home mom who NEEDED adult interaction, so group ex is what made this time different as far as losing weight...but if it makes you cringe...solo it…

I totally hear you. I will answer all questions!

I would say probably 2 times a week. My husband and I will get thai food friday night, and the family will go out for lunch or dinner on Saturday or Sunday. I almost always log it as best I can if no nutritional info is around. I lean towards places that do have their stuff online and I order ahead of time in my head. :-)…

I did this last Summer. It did NOT come off quickly. It was super frustrating. It wasn't until I met with a trainer who put me on 1500 a day and had me watch carbs/sugar that it slowly started coming off. I then did a challenge with my company to get ready for a filming I did for Les Mills Combat. It was lean proteins and…
