No, I don't take 'free days'. I've found that allowing myself a small snack once a day works a lot better. I'm a total sugar junkie and if I tried to cut it off completely, I'd eventually go nuts and eat a whole cake or something. Weight Watchers makes some really tasty little desserts that are well under 200…

Mine was through the roof a few years ago..and I was a lot thinner then. My whole family has high BP..so I'm not surprised I do. I take 4 pills a day..2 morning, 2 night. On meds it's normal.

I'm hooked on Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi. I also drink water throughout the day..although I can honestly say I detest drinking water unless I'm doing yard work or something. Trust me..if diet soda was going to kill anyone..I would have been dead decades ago.

I seriously miss chips and dip..but have replaced them with Breton Minis (snack crackers) in Garden Vegetable flavor (140 calories for 29 crackers)..with a wedge of Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese or French Onion..35 calories a wedge. Makes an awesome snack in the evening and totally takes care of my chips/dip craving.

^ Agree 100%. If women want to be "equal" we can't pick and choose where. Either we are equal across the board, or we aren't equal at all. And as far as what could be done to a prisoner of war (female)..I'm sure things very similar could be done to a man if they wanted to.

I agree, and that's why I very seldom bother with the boards. Maybe all those crabby people are just way hungry. That tends to make one nasty........

I swear MFP starts every woman at 1200 calories. It did me to. I can actually fix three meals a day and stay within that, but I usually don't because I burn at least 400-500 calories walking every morning and they add those onto the 1200.
