Is it a full Starbucks, or a mainly coffee and pastries Starbucks? The regular stores have "bistro boxes" with things like hardboiled eggs, cheese and fruit, etc. I haven't checked out my school's food court yet. I haven't seen many (if any) Starbucks cups on campus though, so I'm assuming they don't have one. I am…

I wanted to add, my daughter's school lunches (though I have not seen them in person) sometimes sound good on paper. Grilled chicken breast, brown rice, mixed vegetables, apple, fruit cup, what have you. Then they have days like brunch day (French toast sticks, syrup, fresh fruit), stuffed crust pizza day, popcorn chicken…

So...young children are supposed to be taking personal responsibility for the foods they eat? Are you serious? And are you aware that for some children, the ONLY meal they get ALL DAY is school lunch, because they qualify for the free lunch program? Furthermore, schools are not making money on lunches. Do you even have a…

You don't have to eat organic to eat healthily. Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? They have good produce at good prices. Their organics are reasonably priced as well. I would not buy produce from the big box superstores like Walmart and Target, personally, unless you are really in a pinch. At least go to your local…

When I get a HRM that's the first thing I'm going to test out, LOL!

I wore a G after my second was born and tried to go for an easy run when she was about 3 weeks old. Holy cow, trying to contain them was a disaster!

LOL, it bleeped out D*ck's!

Shock Absorber and Enell are supposed to be the best for DD and up. Moving Comfort is supposed to be good too, but I personally couldn't get a good fit with what I tried on at ****'s. I've heard that wearing two bras can push your breast tissue downward too much and stretch it out, but I don't know how true that is. I will…

I have RA and some other non-RA pain issues, so I totally understand. Some days I feel great and can do things like go walk at a 4.0 pace for an hour, or do an hour of workout videos (cause I can't afford a gym membership), and then some days even just sitting on the couch or laying in bed hurts. I take what I can get. I'm…

I also don't understand the mentality of, "I only count it if it was for 30 minutes or more." So if you went out and ran two 6 minute miles, you wouldn't log that? Come on. That's just ridiculous.

You're not trying to offend anyone, but you're responding in a totally rude tone? Nice. I spent 45 minutes shoveling snow on Saturday, I was sweating to the point that my clothes were wet through under my jacket (which I had vented at the sides), my HR was definitely elevated, and my arms were pretty sore the next day. You…

I'm not losing either, it's frustrating! (My ticker says otherwise, but that is from my HW. I lost 2.5lbs more and then have unofficially gained it back 10 days later...I still have 3 days to go before my next official weigh-in.) I do have to say, I quit smoking 4 years ago and actually lost a good amount of weight,…

I was around 185lbs, but I am 5'10. Takes me about 20lbs to drop a size. Right now I am around 202-205lbs and I wear a 16.

Don't be friends with people who annoy you on FB, or hide them from your feed. I mean, I hid my own father from my feed because I couldn't take his negativity anymore. I'm quite happy there. Why keep someone who's dragging you down?

I'm very sorry for your loss. I am around your age and an old classmate died suddenly last month - that was hard enough to wrap my brain around, and we weren't friends, just acquaintances. I can't imagine losing someone so important to you in such a tragic way.

Diclectin has doxylamine, which is the active ingredient in Unisom SleepTabs, and pyridoxine, which is vitamin B6. One dose of Diclectin has 10mg of each - when I was pregnant with my second I would take half a Unisom and a B6. It did help, it just made me drowsy. I never vomited, but was so nauseated that I lost 12lbs…

I take sedentary as being someone who literally sits at a desk all day, or sits at home all day. If you're going to set to sedentary, then you should plug in all of your activity - walking around, cleaning, exercise, etc. Lightly active is probably a better choice.

What kinds of clothes are you wearing to work out in? Stay away from cotton, it doesn't wick the moisture and you will be freezing after you sweat your butt off.

Oh, and my diary is public, if you want to check it out and get some ideas for meals. I have been making lots of homemade this week because I've not been feeling well so I've had the time, but I am normally eating on the run too (I will forget to eat till I'm on my way out the door) so I have a lot of quick things too.…

What did you set your activity level at, and your weight loss per week goal? I have very similar stats (28, 5'10, CW is 202 but HW was 213) and I have mine set for lightly active, 1lb loss per week. I get 1830 net calories a day. It's working for me so far, I actually lost 2.5lbs the first week.

A friend of mine was a sales rep for the company that distributes Voli - it really is pretty good. It's half cal and it's infused with electrolytes. The alcohol content is a bit less, but that's not really a big deal to me. I like the citron Voli with club soda and a lemon wedge.

Hi, I'm Megan! I'm 28, married and have two young daughters. I stay home during the day and work in a restaurant at night, about 36 hours a week. I have been up and down in weight before, and the last time found a lot of success incorporating running 5 days a week with circuit training following Jillian Michael's program…

What do you have your weight loss goal set at? If you have it at 1.5 or 2lbs per week, maybe set it to 1lb per week - or even 1/2lb - and see if that helps. MFP will increase your calorie allowance. I have mine set for a lightly active lifestyle, and my goal is 1lb/week. I get 1830 net calories a day right now. It was 1850…

I have rheumatoid arthritis, which sometimes affects my knees, but I feel like yoga is gentle enough to not exacerbate issues with my joints. For positions that require bent knees, try not bending them as much, concentrate on using the muscles in your thighs and hips to hold your position, and make sure your knee doesn't…

I try to watch it all, but I am mainly concerned with calories and sodium.

Skinny jeans. Like, skinny, not the straight-leg "skinny" that I have right now. That, contact lenses (haven't worn them in 3+ years and I HATE having to wear my glasses), and the funky hair that I miss having.

Mine is a nickname we had for my oldest when she was a baby. I use it most places online.

Hi Bruce! There is a regular at the restaurant I work in who has PsA. He is on 10mg methotrexate, 50mg Enbrel and he takes Plaquenil and Sulfasalazine as well. A lot of meds, but he was at a point where he couldn't even walk and now, 10 years later, you would never know he had an AI disease.
