Two things: Chia Seeds? Hemp Protein?
I bought some at Whole Foods. What do you put them in? Just sprinkle them on stuff? Also, I've been thinking about staying away from whey protein powder if I use it. Trader Joe's sells Hemp Protein powder. It looks like a good source of Omega-3's, but how does it taste? Anybody here try it?

Why do I want to eat more?!
I am not good at tracking calories...when I've done it in the past, I've lost weight, but I also get myself so worked up and obsess over what I'm eating. I see that I have some calories left for the day, and I feel compelled to eat them - and I will probably go over them. But why? Does anyone else have this issue?
