Eggplant Parm - can't figure out my calories!

I got eggplant parm for dinner tonight from a local Italian place (it is a pizza place with a restaurant attached) and am not sure what to put in my diary. I am thinking about breaking it down into components, since I am pretty good at eyeballing/estimating things like how many ounces/cups of cheese are used in a food, how many cups of sauce, etc. However, I don't know how to account for the fried eggplant. (I am assuming they fry it, at least.) "One slice" in the database is a pretty arbitrary serving size, and I had two slices, which were about 3" in diameter and maybe 1/4" thick, if that. There was no ricotta cheese in it, and I probably ate about 1/2oz of mozz (I scraped a lot of it off) and 1/2c of sauce...
Any ideas?
Btw, I realize it was not the healthiest choice, but I left dinner up to my husband because I've had a long few days, and am dealing with the side effects of an RA medication that makes me incredibly tired and nauseated...so it was basically eat what sounds good, and try to be reasonable about the portion.
