I work in an office and sit at a desk all day. So I set my activity level to sedentary. It now wants me to eat 1280 calories per day! Is it okay to up it to light exercise and just not eat back ~all~ of my exercise calories? I am trying not to starve my body and still be able to lose weight.

I am another sushi lover!!! I am going with one of my friend's for sushi on Friday! I am trying to eat more of the sushi and sashimi instead of the rolls, but I just love the rolls. I figure once in a while isn't bad for me at all! Love love love wasabi and ginger!!!

If they serve you the same amounts that they do at my local Hibachi, I would just ask for a box in advance and put at least half if not three quarters of it in the box. Eat what you leave on your plate and enjoy! That is my philosophy when we go there and I do love my Hibachi! Yum! :happy:

Nope, I have tried and tried and tried to like it. I don't. So I get the Danon Plain Yogurt and I mix in blueberries or raspberries. If I want it a bit sweeter, like today, I add 1 teaspoon of sugar. 15 calories isn't going to throw my whole day off. ;)
