Awesome job so far! Keep it up! We didn't gain the weight over night so it takes time. My moment was on March 27th when I found out that I was pre-diabetic. To this it was enough to get my a** in gear. I have four children I need to be healthy for. I am down 18lbs so far.

I found out that I am border line about a month ago. I have been tracking my food, counting carbs, and going to get healthy. My kids deserve their momma to be healthy. You can do it!!

I just got mine yesterday but this is what I have got. Tonight will be my first time at the gym with it. My understanding is that you log your activity just be sure to put in the start time and it will make the appropriate adjustment. Also from what I read you do select to allow negative adjustments.

As of now I am leaning towards the Fitbit Charge HR. I am just trying to get others opinions. I plan to read and watch more info on all the options.

I generally always run outside occasionally the treadmill but I dont like to. Before having my son running felt easier and I could hold a better pace. I run 4-5 days a week miles vary depending on time that I have most times anywhere between 4-9 being once day is longer run others shorter. I ran 9 miles at about 12-13min…

Thanks for all the great in put. My goal was to complete a half by my 30th birthday with that in mind I am determined and am okay with a walk/run. Then maybe sign up for another at the end of the summer and shoot to run that. My calf has felt great so thinking thats behind me.
