Thats great, been lifting for three months but not on a program, just my own thing. Got stronger but ready for the heavy lifting. Starting 5x5 or starting stregth next week. Not sure which one yet. Lifting for three months and have not done a deadlift or a squat yet so I am nervoua but excited too.

Dymarize iso 100 chocolate. 28 grams protein. One gram of carbs. 106 calories. Have no idea if it's working but figure it can't hurt and it taste good.

Walking and lifting. Walk at good pace and walk a lot of hills. walking up hills is amazing excercise. I dont run much anymore cause I always seem to get injured. I walk hills and lift weights. lifting weights has dropped the most weight though. Lift those weights and walk those hills is my motto.

use your own body weight and do pushups, squats, dips. Buy some dumbells and you can do even more.

Good question. Try doing a few hiit sessions a week for 20 minutes. Cardio doesnt have to be an all day affair. Do it short and fast, much easier to stick to that way and results are amazing. Also try doing supersets to make your weight lifting a cardio session too.

going to try some deadlifts and squats today

I sweat like crazy and over heat. The less body fat I have the better it gets, but still more than average. My body is not very efficient at regulating temperature. I enjoy a good sweat when working out so it doesnt bother me so much, humid hot weather on the hand is a bit rough to deal with.
