free weights equal results
I have realized free weights are worth their weight in gold. I am done with machines. I am a new convert to this and would love to here from the free weight lifters on anything and everything free weights. I have lots to learn

bench press?
I have been lifting for a few months and have made great gains in my overall strength. I recently decided to add more free weights to my routine. Thought I would be able to lift a lot more on the bench press then I am. It doesnt seem to add up. I use 45 pound dumbells for curls. I can do over 200 pounds ten times three…

tweaked my shoulder
I was lifting today and must of got out of balance with the dumbells and tweaked shoulder. It aches when raise my arm. Any suggestions on how to treat my shoulder so it doesnt hurt. My next lifting day is Monday but I am going to skip that one to let shoulder rest and hopefully come back Wednesday.

Deadlifts with bad knees
I really want to incorporate deadlifts into my workouts. I have a bad knee that really hurts when I try deadlifts, squats and lunges. Any feedback or advice on what I can do or should be doing?

workout earphones for dumbo
I dont like the headphones that go in your ear for they are uncomfortable and never fit my dumbo ears. What are some good ones that are comfortable that go on your ear that you can workout in. Looking for something like you see djs wear but you can workout and sweat in them.

freaking fiber
Now that I am logging in all my food I have noticed that I do not have much fiber in diet. I would like to add more to my diet. Let me know what your doing to get your fiber.
